It's All Kerry's Fault

By Cassandra D

Conservatives are priceless. When they finally notice that American foreign policy is a disaster, they still can't place responsibility where it belongs.

"Kenneth Adelman, a Reagan administration arms-control official who is close to Vice President Cheney, said he believes foreign policy innovation for White House ended with Bush's second inaugural address, a call to spread democracy throughout the world.

'What they are doing on North Korea or Iran is what [Sen. John F.] Kerry would do, what a normal middle-of-the-road president would do,' he said. 'This administration prided itself on molding history, not just reacting to events. Its a normal foreign policy right now. It's the triumph of Kerryism.'"

Um. Excuse me. It is the triumph of Bush/Cheneyism, and don't think we are going to let you forget it.

I love it when I read a post on this blog in the morning that ends with "Assholes!" It only means we are getting closer to Crabby Friday. Does anyone know how we can clone such a spin machine for the Dems because this is beyond riduculous. Yet, we should feel happy that the Repubs have moved on from blaming Clinton for everything.

I also so enjoy the idea that a man who has never been seated in the office he won, is being used as if we knew what kind of Presidency he might have. These idiots aren't satisfied with imaginary deities. They even imagine foreign policies.

Along the lines of the triumph of Bush/Cheneyism, I think it has been interesting watching the Frat Boy in Chief partying with other World Leaders.

To borrow an excellent ending...

Yup, blame Kerry (or Clinton), it's easier than thinking. The unhinged right reach a new low (if that's possible).

The irony is: That was meant as a right-wing criticism of Bush... Assholes.

Dem/progressives/lefties will always be at a disadvantage. We just aren't willing to do the dirty tricks the way the Republicans can. Truth does win out eventually. Unfortunately it takes years of patience and a lot of innocent people suffer in the meantime.
