Hate to say this on his birthday, but I think Springsteen's Born in the USA was highly overrated.

OK, maybe it's a little overrated.

As long as we're on the topic of overrated '80s records, let's not forget Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and Prince's "Dirty Mind."
