Speaking of lists, IMDB.com has its top 25 stars of 2005, based on the volume of specific celebrity searches done on the database. No great surprises here, really, but why is Paris Hilton #5 on the STARmeter? Hell, we saw that tape, too; she wasn't that great.

Drew of Drew's Script-o-rama and Drew's Blog-o-rama fame (two tremendous online resources for movie fans, by the way) is unimpressed with the latest trailer for Poseidon, the star-studded remake of the old disaster movie that, honestly, has as much business being revived as minstrel shows. Check it out for yourself here. Big cruise ship sinks. Wake me up before you drown-drown.

Oh, and Metaphilm has a terrific take on the Bob Dylan documentary, No Direction Home. It's worth a look for anyone who has seen the film.
